We have great news that we would like to share with you 🍧 

Since 2019, when Skovtårnet opened, we have collaborated with Simply Good Coffee, which supplies our guests in the forest with quality coffee, brewed with a smile and love. This year we are expanding the collaboration when Stina and co. takes over the ice cream parlor at the edge of the forest.

We know that Stina never compromises on quality, and all summer long delicious ice cream waffles will be served over the counter in the small ice house between the trees under the name Simply Good Ice Cream

 We are very much looking forward to the first ice cream in the summer heat and perhaps already on a beautiful, sunny spring day ☀️
