Here in the beautiful pick-your-own flower farm, you can wander in a colorful sea of flowers and pick flowers in all the colors of the rainbow.
The three kilometer route meanders through hundreds of different types of flowers, which contribute to high biodiversity, to which the bees hummingly flock. The many beautiful flowers are distributed in different zones, where you go through color palettes from pastels to strong rainbow colors. Blomstermarken is located in a hilly landscape with a view of large, open expanses with agriculture, villages, forest and the Forest Tower.
The flower farm and the fantastic sea of flowers in all the colors of the rainbow are the perfect backdrop for a walk where you will awaken your senses. Listen to the bees and insects buzzing from the flower crowns as they feast on the sweet nectar and pollinate the flowers. Feel the different textures on the flowers when you pick your bouquet – some are completely smooth and delicate and others are rough and coarse. Sniff the flowers before putting them in the bucket. There can be aroma in both flower, stem and leaves. Some flowers are edible, but if you don't quite know which ones you can taste, you can instead pick sweet blackcurrants, currants, raspberries and gooseberries. And from the berry vines you can move past the many lavenders to the apple grove.
Explore the more than 12-hectare flower field on Zealand on foot and take a hike on the paths that wind between the many different flower zones. There are a total of more than three kilometers of routes to explore. It is also possible to rent an electric golf cart for your floral adventure.
Take picnic with you to the flower farm and take a break at one of the cozy break spots. On the west-facing clearing by the cherry plantation, there are benches and a view of the many different zones in the blooming field.
For children and childish souls, the corn maze is a must. Venture in between the tall stems that jut more than 2 meters into the air and let yourself be enveloped by the mighty plants on your search for the exit.
Fill your bucket with exactly the flowers you like, and remember to change the water and cut a little of the stems every day - then you will prolong the joy of your very own, beautiful bouquet.
The many flower seeds are sown in May and soon the first sprouts begin to appear and transform the dark soil into a blanket of life. Nature prevails in Camp Adventure's flower field, and neither water nor fertilizer is used, which is why the weather forecast is followed closely.
When we reach the month of July, the budding field is full of flowers in all zones, and the many different varieties in the flower mixes mean that there are plenty of flowers to pick at all times of the summer.
