Gastronomic team building is a fantastic way to strengthen your unity and increase cooperation across your teams. By combining cooking with team activities, a fun and interactive atmosphere is created where you can get to know each other better and at the same time develop your communication and cooperation skills when you are challenged in new ways.

We have put together 2 different programs for your stay with plenty of time for professional content, seasoned with good food and a trip to the renowned Forest Tower, which combines the best from the worlds of nature and architecture.

The recipes are prepared by skilled people Gourministeriet. Dianna, who is behind the extensive online food universe, is a frequent overnight guest at Camp Adventure Forest Village, and often dishes with time for conviviality and presence are on the menu when she cooks for the family in the forest. The recipes are composed based on raw materials that we grow ourselves at Camp Adventure. Game shot in Gisselfeld's forests, fresh fish, vegetables, herbs, fruit, sun-ripened berries and edible flowers from the flower farm, kitchen garden and the surrounding forest and nature.

The stay takes place in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the forest at an old riding school, which we have given new life with nature in focus in the Nordic and cozy decor. In the house is a large, bright and professional kitchen with three cooking stations and six ovens, which are designed for cooking activities. The 14 beds are divided into 6 rooms with two single beds in each and a loft.

Regardless of which form of gastronomic team building is chosen, you will enjoy a memorable and enriching experience that not only strengthens cooperation and togetherness, but also leaves you with new culinary skills and a greater understanding of the importance of teamwork in a gastronomic context.

Teambuilding stays with food as a focal point can be booked on their own or combined with several activities at Camp Adventure.

FOOD LAB

STAY WITH SELF-BUILD-4-COURSE MENU INCLUDING WINE MENU

In this form of gastronomic team building, you get recipes and ingredients to prepare 4 dishes. Everything is ready for you on arrival, and you can easily control the process yourself based on the detailed instructions.

You divide into smaller teams, each starting from your own right. The process promotes collaboration, creativity and problem solving as you work together under time constraints to create tasty and presentable dishes.

The cooking takes place in a cozy community, naturally with something delicious in the glass along the way.

The wine menu consists of one glass of wine per course selected to create the best overall taste experience, including sparkling wine, white wine, red wine and dessert wine.

CHEF'S FOOD LAB

Stay with 4-course menu incl. wine menu and professional chef guidance

In this edition of gastronomic team building, you work directly with a professional chef to prepare your menu. The chef guides you through the process and gives feedback along the way. You have the opportunity to ask questions, learn new skills and get an insight into the chef's expertise. This approach not only creates an educational and entertaining experience, but also strengthens the collaboration and trust between you and the chef as you work together to create tasty and memorable dishes.

You will be divided into smaller teams based on the different dishes. The cooking takes place in a cozy community, naturally with something delicious in the glass along the way.

The wine menu consists of one glass of wine per course selected to create the best overall taste experience, including sparkling wine, white wine, red wine and dessert wine.

Stay without a program

House for rent (1st floor) complete with large kitchen and 14 beds in 6 rooms and a loft with two single beds each.

Price for rent per night: DKK 12.500.
