Camp Adventure's sister company Manova is responsible for all team building activities at Camp Adventure. Since 1996, Manova has developed and executed teambuilding for a large number of public and private companies of all sizes and formats.

At Manova, we are good at finding out where the 'shoe presses' - or rather - where the team is not playing. Through our active learning courses in the beautiful surroundings at Camp Adventure, we can turn bad habits and a destructive culture into the exact opposite - namely good habits in dealing with one's colleagues and a constructive culture that both ensures increased work satisfaction and motivation in the team.

Since 1996, Manova has focused on attracting, developing and retaining the young generation. Over the years, we have run several introductory courses for students, trainees and graduates for some of the country's largest companies and organisations.

Tower Of Trust – strengthen trust in the management team.
If your leadership group is facing new challenges, the collaboration is not working optimally or the leadership group is new, we can, through our active learning process and with the best instructors / facilitators, ensure that you create trust, shared progress and renewed motivation in the leadership group.
- The Tower Of Trust course starts at Skovtårnet. We use the walk to the Skovtårnet and the trip up and down from the Skovtårnet for the processes we have to go through to create trust in the management group.

TEAMBUILDING IN NATURE - UNIQUE COMPANY ACTIVITIES AT CAMP ADVENTURE
At Camp Adventure, Manova Kursus offers team building in nature, where your team gets the opportunity to develop relationships, strengthen communication and have a fun and memorable experience in beautiful surroundings. We create a framework where both collaboration and personal development can flourish, and you will go home with new experiences that can be applied directly in the workday.
We facilitate team building for both small and large groups – up to 250 people – and adapt the program to your goals, wishes and ambition level. We hold both half-day and full-day events, as well as team building courses that extend over several days. Our flexibility makes it possible to create a course that suits your specific needs, regardless of whether you are a small team or a large organization.
The activities take place in the middle of one of Denmark's most beautiful forests and combine physical activity, teamwork exercises and nature experiences. We can also provide professional catering throughout the course, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks/refreshments. The unique nature and inspiring surroundings provide an extra layer of energy to the activities and create a perfect foundation for strengthening the collaboration in your team.
Whether you want an active day in the treetops, targeted collaboration exercises or a combination, we provide a professional and memorable experience. Give your team a day filled with energy, community and renewed motivation, which can help build stronger relationships both internally in the team and in meetings with external partners.
We can tailor your event with our own developed course activities, including the Sensory Exercise, Tower of Trust and the Mølleren Method, which you can read more about further down the page. Our specially designed exercises aim to challenge your team on both mental and physical levels, adding an extra dimension to the team building experience.
In rural natural surroundings with the iconic, award-winning Skovtårn, the largest flower field in the Nordic region and Denmark's largest climbing park, Camp Adventure has the perfect setting for all activities. Teambuilding is often combined with a beautiful walk in the Skovtårn and/or in the treetops in the climbing park. In the historic, completely renovated buildings, it is possible to hold internal meetings with full AV equipment, making it possible to combine both learning and teambuilding in one coherent day.
INFORMATION
At Manova, we believe that learning and increased knowledge of each other is created outside the usual framework through activities that combine different forms of collaboration. Team building and team activities are based on exercises that combine communication, physical development, as well as logical and creative thinking. Along the way, the group is evaluated in an appreciative and positive way, to the benefit of both the individual and the collective. Most often, there is an element of competition in terms of a desire to perform as well as possible. Although many exercises are active and take place outside, everyone can join in, and it is neither an advantage to be able to run lightning fast nor to be strong - it is cooperation that creates success.
Manova takes care of all kinds of team building and team activities. We always start a process with a dialogue with our guests, where we uncover purpose and objectives, so that we are sure to hit the mark with activities and approach. We run various courses for both public and private companies and the activities vary in duration from half a day to several days with accommodation. We have courses for groups of up to six people and up to several hundred.
Manova collaborates with various external caterers for the catering. We emphasize that it must be tasty, filling and in ample quantities. All catering can be adapted to various preferences and allergies. It is possible to stay overnight in Forest Village at Camp Adventures – luxurious cabins and yurts with large terraces and views over the lake and nature. In addition, we also collaborate with local accommodations. If desired, we can also arrange transport to and from Camp Adventure.
