MEETING PACKAGES
At Camp Adventure you can hold meetings in our renovated farm and stable buildings in the middle of Gisselfeld’s forest. The setting is rustic and cozy.
MEET AT CAMP ADVENTURE
Meeting packages at Camp Adventure offer the perfect combination of professional meeting facilities and unique experiences in rustic and cozy surroundings. Our renovated farm and stable buildings provide space for up to 200 people and create the ideal setting for productive meetings and inspiring get-togethers.
If you purchase access to the Forest Tower, you can enjoy a break from the activities with award-winning architecture in one of the most beautiful forests in Denmark.
Half Day
Half-day meeting at Camp Adventure will typically be from 9:00–13:00 or 12:00–17:00 with access to a meeting room with full AV equipment and meeting catering. Contents of the half-day meeting package:
- Light breakfast
- Coffee, tea and water throughout
- Lunch sandwich incl. a water or soda
or
- Lunch sandwich incl. a water or soda
- Coffee, tea and water throughout
- Afternoon break with cake and coffee/tea
- Price: 595 DKK per person
Access to the Forest Tower and/or climbing park can be purchased separately. Likewise, a dinner menu with beverages and possibly accommodation can also be purchased as add-ons.
Full-Day
Full-day meeting at Camp Adventure will typically be from 9:00–17:00 with access to a meeting room with full AV equipment and meeting catering. Contents of the full-day meeting package:
- Light breakfast
- Coffee, tea and water throughout
- Lunch sandwich incl. a water or soda
- Afternoon break with cake and coffee/tea
- Price: 795 DKK per person
