GASTRONOMIC TEAM BUILDING

Gastronomic team building is a unique and powerful way to foster unity, collaboration, and communication across your teams. By combining the joy of cooking with interactive team activities, we create a fun and engaging environment where participants get to know each other better while developing important skills in new and dynamic ways.

We offer two carefully curated programs designed to balance professional content with relaxation, great food, and a visit to the renowned Forest Tower — a stunning architectural experience that brings you closer to nature.

The recipes are designed by the talented Gourministeriet. Dianna, who runs the popular online food universe, is a frequent guest at Camp Adventure Forest Village. Her dishes reflect a focus on presence, seasonal produce, and a shared love of food – often enjoyed around the table with family and friends in the forest.

All meals are based on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. We use game from the Gisselfeld forests, fresh fish, vegetables, herbs, fruit and sun-ripened berries.

Your stay takes place in scenic surroundings at the edge of the forest, in a former riding school thoughtfully restored with a cozy Nordic design and a strong connection to nature. The house features a large, professional kitchen with three cooking stations and six ovens, making it ideal for culinary activities. There are 14 beds divided across six rooms with two single beds in each, plus a sleeping loft.

Whether you choose a one-day session or an extended stay, this gastronomic team-building experience will leave your team inspired, more connected, and equipped with new culinary skills — all while highlighting the value of collaboration.

Teambuilding stays can be booked as stand-alone events or combined with a range of other activities at Camp Adventure.

FOOD LAB

In this hands-on culinary teambuilding experience, your group is provided with carefully crafted recipes and all the ingredients needed to prepare a four-course menu.

Participants divide into smaller teams, with each group responsible for preparing one course. You follow the recipes independently, coordinating timing, techniques, and presentation within your team. This format encourages communication, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving — all under gentle time pressure and in a fun, social setting.

The wine pairing includes one glass of wine per course, thoughtfully selected to complement each dish: sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, and dessert wine — creating a complete and well-rounded dining experience.

Please allow approximately three hours for the preparation of all four courses. Each dish involves a variety of ingredients and preparation techniques, requiring good coordination across teams. We recommend that each group includes at least one participant with basic cooking experience and the ability to manage multiple elements at once.

CHEF'S FOOD LAB

In this version of our culinary team-building experience, your group works side by side with a professional chef to prepare a delicious multi-course menu. The chef leads you through each step of the process, offering expert guidance, sharing professional tips, and providing feedback along the way.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, refine your techniques, and gain hands-on insight into the world of gastronomy. This format not only creates a rich and engaging learning experience, but also fosters collaboration, communication, and trust — both within your team and between participants and the chef.

Participants are divided into smaller groups, each responsible for preparing one of the courses. Cooking takes place in a warm, communal atmosphere, where teamwork is essential — and of course, there’s always something delightful in your glass as you go.

The wine pairing includes one glass of wine per course, carefully selected to enhance the flavours of each dish. The selection includes sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, and dessert wine, ensuring a balanced and elevated dining experience.
