In collaboration with Yrolí, we have arranged an extraordinary Mother's Day event with self-care, nature and good conversations on the program.

Sunday, May 11, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.   

Take your mother, daughter, friend, neighbor or colleague under your arm and spend a meaningful day together in beautiful surroundings.

LOOK FORWARD TO… 

A pampering of the body with 90 min. Yoga & Fascial Flow in Skovtårnet followed by a mini-workshop on lymphatic drainage, where you learn techniques so you can continue self-care at home. In addition, a talk about what the skin really needs throughout life, with a focus on the major changes in and around menopause.

There is also the opportunity to get a review of Yrolí products, which you can purchase at a discounted price on the day.
